Whimsical Topsy Turvy
This cake was my first attempt at making a Topsy Turvy Cake. I still need a lot of practice.
All the decals, including the mask, was all hand made.

60th Anniversary

Heavenly Chocolate Cake
My latest creation........4 layers of chocolate cake with Cookies and Cream Filling with Cream Cheese Frosting with a decadent chocolate glaze on top.
I also put some sliced strawberries in between the layers

Another Anniversary
This cake was to help celebrate a Ruby Anniversary, 40 Years!
The bottomg tier was layered with Red Velvet and Vanilla Cake. Top tier was Chocolate cake with Chocolate Buttercream. Everything was covered in Vanilla Bean Buttercream and finally covered in Fondant.

Red Velvet
This was my first attempt at making a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. I attempted the Ruffle Cake look and I think I managed to achieve that, but next time I would prefer to do this with a much lighter frosting.

Snickerdoodle Cupcakes
It was my turn to provide some goodies at work and after a failing attempt to make Oreo Crunch Bars, I made these muffins and it made up for any failures. They were light and full of flavour.

Anniversary Cake
This cake was to celebrate a 45th Wedding Anniversary. Top tier is Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Filling. Bottom Tier is Neopolitan with Jam. All covered in Vanilla Buttercream and Fondant with Hand-made flowers.
